HELLO ARGENTINA! We've recently been informed that we've hit South American radio and are getting plays in Argentina and Brazil! How cool is that? Get in touch if you're hearing the band south of the equator - we would love to hear from you.
THE DAYBREAK HAVE WRAPPED THE FILMING OF THEIR FIRST VIDEO for the always popular "Hindsight", the third song off the band's new album "these lines in your eyes". We now retreat to the editing room to piece this thing together and will do our best to have something ready for the end of April. Big thanks to the great crew - especially to the Director Steven and the Director of Photography Andrew - and to the talented cast.
DURING A FEBRUARY 28TH INTERVIEW WITH EX-STONE ROSES SINGER IAN BROWN ON RADIO STATION EDGE 102, DJ DAVE BOOKMAN MENTIONED THE DAYBREAK TO IAN BROWN. This was a great event for the group, as The Stone Roses/Ian Brown have been a big inspiration for the band (The name "Daybreak" is taken from a Stone Roses song after all!) Thanks to Bookie for mentioning us!
THE DAYBREAK WILL BE FILMING THEIR FIRST VIDEO this weekend (March 19-20), for the always popular "Hindsight", the third song off the band's new album "these lines in your eyes". Look for updates on the site during filming and post production and we'll do our best to have the video ready to your viewing pleasure by the end of April. Although we had hoped to invite a few fans to participate in the video as extras the final concept is very different from the original, which called for a much larger cast, and scenes which would have required extras didn't ultimately make the treatment for the video. Apologies to those who were kind enough to volunteer their services, and thanks to everyone who expressed interest.
Click here, babies! This will let you check out a sketch of the band drawn at our recent Horseshoe show by Matt Rose.
